Terms of Service
These terms apply to the Face Swap AI website and web app at faceswapai.app (the "Service"), operated by Pixoo LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them.
1. Your account
You sign in with Google or a one-time email link. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the web app. Keep access to your email secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
2. Plans and billing
- Starter pack: a one-time payment for a fixed number of swaps. Pack swaps don't expire while your account is open.
- PRO Monthly and PRO Yearly: subscriptions that include up to 300 swaps per calendar month. Unused swaps don't roll over.
- Prices are shown on the pricing page and at checkout before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until you cancel. We'll tell you before any price change applies to you.
- A swap that fails on our side is not counted against your plan or pack.
3. Cancelling
You can cancel anytime from your account page (Manage billing). Cancellation stops the next renewal. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.
4. Refunds
If something went wrong with a charge, for example you were billed twice or the Service didn't work for you, email contact@pixooapps.com within 14 days of the charge and we'll make it right, including a refund where appropriate. Otherwise, payments for periods that have started and for packs that have been used are non-refundable, except where the law where you live gives you a right to a refund.
5. Acceptable use
You may only upload photos you have the right to use. You agree not to use the Service to:
- use anyone's face without their permission;
- create or share sexual, nude or sexually suggestive images of anyone;
- upload or create images of anyone under 18, other than your own children in harmless, non-sexual edits;
- impersonate someone, commit fraud, or create images meant to deceive people into thinking an event really happened;
- harass, bully, threaten or humiliate anyone;
- break any law, including laws on privacy, likeness rights and synthetic or manipulated media.
We may refuse, limit or remove access to the Service, without refund, if we reasonably believe these rules have been broken. We may report illegal content to the authorities.
6. Your photos and results
You keep any rights you have in the photos you upload and the results you create. You give us a limited permission to process your photos only to provide the Service. Uploaded photos are sent to our AI processing provider to create your result and are not kept by us after the swap is finished. We don't sell your photos or use them to train AI models. 7. AI results
Results are generated by AI and can be imperfect. Swapped images are edits, not real photographs of events. When you share a result publicly, please say it was edited with AI. Template photos show AI-generated people, not real individuals.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service running but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change features or these terms. If a change materially affects paid plans, we'll notify you by email before it applies.
9. Liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be limited.
